In this role you will drive PMO operations for the Transcend transformation, aligning multiple ERP deployments into a single S/4HANA backbone. You will partner with PMO leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure governance, planning, risk management, and reporting are rigorous and data-driven. The position focuses on delivering scalable, compliant processes across a global program while enabling timely decision-making. Responsibilities
- Lead PMO operations across program phases to enable governance and clear decision inputs
- Support integrated planning, RAID management, and change control for proactive risk management
- Oversee schedule tracking for alignment with the integrated program plan
- Govern scope by evaluating and aligning changes with objectives
- Provide consistent status reporting across governance levels
- Identify risks and opportunities early with predictive delivery practices
- Ensure PMO aligns with compliance and quality standards
- Lead deliverable tracking and plan governance
- Document meeting outcomes and action items for accountability
- Coordinate PMO resources across deployments and geographies
- Provide coaching and support to teams to foster collaboration and performance
- Partner with Global Program Managers to align priorities and enable integrated delivery
- Build relationships across dispersed teams for collaboration and improvement
- Support issue resolution through escalations with PMO leadership
- Align deployment activities with objectives and support execution and risk mitigation
- Provide regular updates on PMO performance, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Promote continuous improvement using data to enhance processes and tools
- Maintain effective PMO operations with proactive risk management
- Drive day-to-day leadership and coaching in a matrixed environment
- Demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement
Key requirements
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
- 5+ years in program or project management in large, global transformation programs
- PMO experience within ERP implementations preferred
- Proven ability to lead PMO operations teams across geographies
- Expertise in delivery governance, RAID, schedule and scope control, status reporting, risk management
- Data-driven decision making and continuous improvement mindset
- Leadership and coaching in a matrixed environment
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of compliance, quality standards, and change management
- Proficiency with project management tools and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
