In this role you support a premier Trademark, Copyright & Media practice, handling complex disputes and counseling matters for high-profile clients. You will engage in litigation and strategic counseling, with substantial client contact in a hybrid work setting. You’ll manage trademark and copyright enforcement, prosecution strategy, licensing, and portfolio management, including fair use considerations in corporate transactions. Collaborate across teams to shape case strategy and trial readiness, with either a partnership-track or non-partnership path. This is a growth-focused opportunity in a top AmLaw environment.
