Manage case progression across toxic tort and environmental matters
Draft and argue motions; oversee discovery
Coordinate hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
Support clients in state, federal, and administrative hearings
Contribute to mass tort and products liability representations, including MDL/non‑MDL matters
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and National Counsel as needed

Key requirements

2 to 7 years of experience in toxic tort and environmental litigation (all phases)
Strong research and writing skills
Admission to the California Bar
