Senior Specialist / Project Manager
Experteer Overview
As a member of the Contracts team, you ensure orders are accurately processed in our BMS system and coordinated across Ad Sales, Revenue Management, Scheduling, Copy, Billing, and Commissions. You work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, handling entry, review, and troubleshooting to keep scheduling on track. You will engage with the TTWN network and contribute to timely, accurate contract processing that supports sales success. This role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration and a structured shift window.

Responsibilities
- Enter SOEF and non-spot orders, including Weather and Traffic Naming Rights
- Review and modify previously entered orders for accuracy
- Enter National GRP orders and manage Ad+ orders
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Manage incoming emails and requests from the TTWN network
Key requirements
- Strong computer proficiency and data entry accuracy
- Ability to work extended hours or late nights to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and with others
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Customer service experience a plus
- Excellent time management, planning, and multitasking abilities
- Availability to work a 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM shift on Tue or Wed as needed
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
