Senior Specialist / Project Manager
Experteer Overview
In this role, you drive sales by delivering an exceptional customer experience and maintaining a polished store environment. You will leverage loyalty programs and product knowledge to engage customers and maximize conversions, while supporting teammates and upholding brand standards. You’ll guide customers with styled looks and promote brand channels, contributing to a positive, customer-first shopping experience. This position offers hands-on impact in a fast-paced retail setting with opportunities to shape client relationships and store performance.

Responsibilities
- Deliver a positive customer experience by applying the AEO Customer First selling standards
- Promote AE brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs
- Use company tools to provide product knowledge and engage customers
- Support colleagues through knowledge sharing and teamwork
- Suggest key looks and trends based on customer style
- Introduce customers to additional brand channels
- Process register sales quickly and accurately per cash control procedures
- Restock returns to correct locations and label damaged items appropriately
- Maintain neat, organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom
- Efficiently handle merchandise from shipments, floorsets, and replenishment while following SOP
- Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with customer satisfaction in mind
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Key requirements
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to receive feedback and act on it
- Ability to stand, move, reach, bend for extended periods
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with technology
