You will tackle automation-led improvements, runbooks, and incident response to sustain reliable batch orchestration and scheduling ecosystems. Responsibilities
- Oversee the Tidal batch orchestration and scheduler ecosystem to ensure reliability
- Blend full-stack development with automation to improve platform resilience and efficiency
- Lead containment, resolution, and post-incident reviews as part of incident response
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Build and sustain high-performing teams through leadership and coaching
- Develop and maintain automation, tooling, and runbooks to streamline operations
