Experteer Overview
In this role you lead and grow CCV's squash program for all ages and skill levels, elevating the club’s racquets offering. You will work with a vibrant squash community, partnering with maintenance, events, and member services to deliver engaging coaching, clinics, and tournaments. You’ll foster an inclusive, member-first culture while managing program logistics, budgeting, and communications. This position combines high‑quality coaching with program leadership at a prestigious private club.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and growth for the squash program across all ages and abilities
- Deliver private and group coaching for juniors and adults
- Organize clinics, leagues, exhibitions, and social events
- Coordinate and host internal and external squash tournaments
- Develop junior programming focused on engagement, skill development, and progression
- Foster welcoming, inclusive culture to support member retention and participation
- Maintain squash facilities in collaboration with maintenance staff
- Assist with budgeting, program marketing, and member communications
- Support broader racquets and club-wide events as needed
Key requirements
- Experience as a Squash Professional or as a high-level player (collegiate or pro tour background preferred)
- Proven coaching ability with players of all ages and levels
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a member-first attitude
- Organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pluses: experience in pickleball and/or platform tennis
