In this role you lead the Rome Test Factory as part of Flutter’s QA & Testing organization for the SEA region. You define the quality vision, governance, and test strategy across multiple brands and platforms, driving reliability and continuous improvement. You will manage a large, distributed team, oversee budgets and vendor partnerships, and push automation and AI-driven quality practices. This is a strategic, data-driven leadership position with a strong impact on product readiness and cross-brand excellence.

Responsibilities
- Define and own the QA & Test Factory strategic roadmap aligned with technology goals
- Lead a multi-disciplinary QA team (onshore and offshore) of 50+ professionals
- Drive governance, standardization, and quality KPIs across streams and units
- Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management for QA services and test automation
- Partner with senior leadership to embed quality-by-design in the software lifecycle
- Promote test automation and AI-driven quality practices with new tools and frameworks
- Lead data-driven QA analytics and executive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Jira metrics)
- Act as executive contact for quality topics, risk assessment, and release readiness
- Mentor and develop senior QA leaders promoting continuous improvement and excellence
Key requirements
- 10+ years in Quality Assurance and Test Management in large-scale, multi-brand environments
- Proven track record in strategic QA leadership, governance, and transformation
- Strong stakeholder management with experience presenting to C-level or senior executives
- Expertise in test automation, DevOps/CI-CD integration, and modern QA methodologies (Agile, SAFe)
- Proficiency in data-driven reporting and executive presentations (Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint)
- Experience in budget management and vendor governance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- ISTQB Test Manager/Advanced Level highly preferred
- Fluency in Italian and English
