In this role you drive portfolio growth across a Texas territory, aligning sales activity with Schindler’s priorities and compliance standards. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to optimize resource use, forecast performance, and strengthen customer and stakeholder relationships. You’ll monitor and improve sales indicators, training, and initiatives like EI Sales and Schindler Ahead to deliver measurable results. This position offers the chance to shape service delivery and contribute to safer, more accessible buildings in a large, enduring industry.

Responsibilities
- Drive portfolio growth within the territory, including conversions, protections, recoveries, price adjustments, and Schindler Ahead.
- Oversee sales meetings, proposal volume, hit rates, pricing, customer satisfaction, and closing performance gaps.
- Track and manage KPIs for Repair sales and support portfolio growth initiatives, recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Foster relationships with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to position Schindler as a preferred provider.
- Serve as SME on EI Sales systems, processes, and reports; provide supplemental reporting to identify opportunities and achieve objectives.
- Ensure General Managers/Branch Managers lead consistent EI Sales meetings focused on performance indicators and customer experience.
- Partner with EI Business Line and other departments to drive initiatives across the Territory, including decision making, reporting, and communications.
- Develop internal and external relationships to advance Schindler’s differentiation and business objectives.
- Help standardize processes, reporting, and training to strengthen sales execution and forecasting.
- Work within Texas markets (Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, or Austin) and support local teams and resource optimization.
