As a Cyber Technical Analyst at GCI, you will operate in a fast-paced environment to support complex cyber operations and data-driven decision making. You will work across internal and external partners to advance organizational objectives, maintain records, and serve as a primary point of contact for communications. Your role focuses on evaluating diverse data sources to inform planning and execution, shaping high-impact security and information-sharing initiatives. Responsibilities

Avoid duplication of effort and identify targets in a complex environment
Support operations of moderate to high complexity with minimal mentoring
Identify and prioritize opportunities to advance organizational objectives and maintain records
Synthesize information from multiple data sources to inform decision-making and operational planning
Serve as primary point of contact to support organizational activities
Engage with stakeholders including internal teams, partners, and external organizations

Key requirements

BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
8-10 years of experience
US Citizen with active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph
Experience in online research and data analysis from diverse sources
Strong writing, briefing, and analytic skills
Experience with data management and analytic tools
Knowledge of telecommunications, cellular and computer networks
Experience converting technical data into leads
Experience with complex cyber-related projects
Experience building relationships with government agencies and other organizations
