You act as the technical-commercial bridge between the Weert site and regional sales teams, shaping offerings and go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities

Lead development and positioning of VFFS project solutions for Weert
Serve as central contact across Lead-to-Order, coordinating regional sales, production and customers
Translate requirements into end-to-end VFFS solutions leveraging site expertise
Improve win rates and reduce risk via market/applications knowledge
Promote VFFS innovations and sales tools to regional teams
Guide regional sales to high-potential opportunities and optimize project conversion
Lead projects to meet global VFFS targets and manage program risks
Define go-to-market strategies and collect market intelligence for existing portfolio
Drive development of sales tools and application-based innovations

Key requirements

5–10 years’ international B2B project sales experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering with commercial training, or a commercial degree with engineering affinity
Excellent English communication; additional languages a plus
Highly customer-oriented and entrepreneurial; able to travel ~50%
Flexible and proactive in promoting VFFS solutions beyond standard hours
