In this role you will oversee the full project life cycle for software solutions, reporting to the CTO and guiding Developers, Team Leads, and Architects. You will balance scope, timelines, and budgets across multiple projects while collaborating with business development for presales efforts. You’ll translate technical issues into clear, non-technical terms for stakeholders and ensure delivery that aligns with the company’s software goals. This is a hands-on leadership role that shapes execution, team workloads, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Manage 2–3 simultaneous projects ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence
Plan sequential project steps for efficient execution
Coordinate project team workflows and workloads
Support Business Development in presales efforts
Assist Team Leads with their management responsibilities

Key requirements

Bachelor in Computer Science (or related field)
5+ years of software development experience
3+ years of software development/programming experience (OO design in Java, C#, or C++)
2+ years of experience leading a project-based development team
Strong knowledge of programming and database concepts
Excellent knowledge of source control, build and deployment processes
Ability to direct software and QA engineers, Team Leads, and Architects
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with heavy client contact
Ability to convey technical issues in non-technical terms
