Responsibilities

Decompose large projects into manageable workstreams
Communicate goals, roles, and outcomes to cross-functional and remote teams
Travel up to 25% within EMEA
Deliver end-to-end programs from site assessment to operations handover for Colo, Hybrid Colo & AWS Data Centers in EMEA
Manage interfaces between internal teams and external contractors/vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Develop and maintain delivery program and project budget; submit Capital Allocation Requests to senior leadership
Collaborate with Capacity Planning, Energy, and Real Estate to develop build strategies
Drive continuous process improvement via workflow updates and lessons learned
Provide regular status updates on key project metrics to senior leadership

Key requirements

Experience in program or project management
Experience as a Program Manager in capital projects, physical infrastructure or mission critical environments
Experience related to design or construction of data centers or critical infrastructure or large-scale mechanical and electrical plants
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a similar technical discipline

Strong written and verbal communication cross-functional collaboration stakeholder management Data center design, construction, commissioning and handover Infrastructure project management Capacity planning coordination
