In this role you will lead digital product management for strategic offerings, shaping the roadmap and aligning them with business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into deliverables that enhance operations and client experiences. You drive data-driven decisions, from market analysis to post-release impact, and steer initiatives through to launch while managing cost and benefit considerations. This position offers a mission-driven, collaborative environment where you help scale digital solutions and transform product capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead digital product management activities for multiple products or one strategic product
Collaborate with stakeholders, technology and cross-functional teams to create vision, strategy and roadmaps
Understand end-to-end processes and data integration in the assigned products
Plan, prioritize, and implement new digital products or enhancements
Research markets for features and requirements and develop implementation plans
Leverage data and qualitative/quantitative analyses to measure scalability, efficiency and engagement
Translate strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes with engineering for timely delivery
Define messaging, implementation plan and training for releases; evaluate post-release impact against OKRs and KPIs
Partner with stakeholders to resolve production issues and manage escalations
Share best practices and ensure messaging and customer outreach
Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned

Key requirements

Undergraduate degree or equivalent; graduate degree preferred
Minimum five years related experience; two years leading large cross-functional teams preferred
PMI and Agile Certification or experience in Agile Product development
Experience in Investment Management or Fund Services organizations with focus on Fund Administration and/or regulatory compliance
Ability to learn quickly and thrive in ambiguous environments
Strategic mindset with track record of decisions driving long-term value
Strong expertise in digital product management, market analysis, and UX optimization
Proven ability to translate customer insights into product improvements
Technical understanding of system architecture, APIs, data flows, and integration patterns; strong with engineering teams
Experience guiding product development from concept to launch
Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving and decision-making
Strong communication and stakeholder management; ability to explain tech concepts to non-technical audiences
Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and build consensus
Knowledge of AI, Gen AI, ML, Intelligent Automation and Cloud
