Experteer Overview

As Technical Leader for Digital IC Design, you will shape high-performance, ultra-low-power DSP modules and translate customer needs into robust architectures. You’ll lead RTL development for ASIC/FPGA and coordinate with system, back-end, and validation teams to ensure delivery. You will define workflows to maximize design efficiency and contribute to high-quality reports and documentation. This role places you at the forefront of ultra-low-power IoT semiconductors, enabling connected sensor networks and intelligent devices.

Responsibilities

Lead RTL development for ASIC and FPGA
Define/ propose DSP architectures and IC specifications
Translate customer needs into usable design solutions
Plan and manage design tasks across project duration
Collaborate with system architect, digital back-end, embedded SW, validation and stakeholders
Oversee verification planning and activities (including mixed-signal projects)
Propose new ways of working to maximize design efficiency
Contribute to high-quality reports and documentation

Key requirements

MSc or PhD in electronics engineering
10+ years of relevant ASIC design experience
3–4 years in a technical leadership role
Solid understanding of digital ASIC-design flow (logic synthesis, timing analysis, power estimation/simulation)
Experience with SystemVerilog
Scripting with TCL, Matlab or Python
Git revision control experience
Digital verification experience preferred (verification plan, methodologies, constrained random, coverage)
Knowledge of low-power and signal processing designs preferred
Cadence IC-design tools experience a plus
Mixed-signal interface knowledge a plus
Excellent communication in English
