In this role you drive end-to-end delivery of data center expansion programs across the EMEA region, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to meet capacity needs. You will shape delivery timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation from design through handover to operations. You work closely with Real Estate, Energy, Design Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Operations to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes. This position offers impact by scaling highly available infrastructure and improving delivery efficiency within a fast-growing business.

Responsibilities

Decompose large projects into manageable workstreams
Clarify goals, roles and outcomes for cross-functional/remote teams
Lead end-to-end program delivery from pre-contract design to handover
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, on-budget delivery
Develop and maintain delivery programs and budgets; submit CAPEX requests
Collaborate on capacity planning and build strategies with Capacity Planning, Energy, Real Estate
Drive process improvements and document lessons learned for efficiency gains
Provide regular status updates to senior leadership on key project metrics

Key requirements

Program Manager experience in capital projects, physical infrastructure or mission-critical environments
Experience in industrial/commercial engineering or project management in mission-critical facilities (data centers, power, oil/gas)
Experience with design or construction of data centers
Experience leading large-scale, complex programs or projects
