As a Technical Delivery Lead, you own delivery from initial shaping to go-live, designing the approach for data and AI engagements and guiding offshore engineers. You act as the single accountable owner for shipping value, balancing speed, quality, and architectural outcomes. You collaborate with client stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact in weeks, not quarters, and you lead cross-border teams to keep the delivery machine moving. This role sits at the intersection of data, AI, and modern software delivery, enabling rapid transformation for mid-market clients.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery scope, timeline, team structure, quality, and outcomes as the single client-facing accountability owner
Design delivery approach for application modernization, define migration waves, structure workstreams, set release cadence, and minimize risk
Provide hands-on technical advisory on architecture, trade-offs, and Google Cloud services
Lead client status reviews, manage expectations, and navigate trade-offs in real time
Mobilize and stand up delivery from day one to deliver capabilities in weeks
Coordinate onshore delivery leadership with offshore engineering teams, set priorities, and remove blockers
Establish delivery governance, define checkpoints, and ensure production-ready, value-delivering engagements

Key requirements

Minimum 7 years in hands-on, client-facing technology roles with delivery experience
Minimum 5 years architecting and delivering on Google Cloud Platform with focus on modernization
Independent ownership of client engagements from design to go-live
Deep hands-on proficiency with GKE, Apigee, CI/CD pipelines, and modern architecture (microservices)
Strong software engineering fundamentals (clean code, testing, observability, operational excellence)
Technical leadership and delivery management experience across distributed teams
Clear communicator with ability to present to executives; whiteboarding with engineers
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years)
