In this role you lead a DevOps-focused team on technical, operational, and organizational levels from our Eindhoven office, and occasionally at client sites. You shape the technical vision, steer architecture discussions, and ensure stable, timely delivery while aligning with client needs. You act as a bridge between the team, client, and internal stakeholders to drive high-quality outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role in a dynamic, high-tech environment.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a substantive DevOps expert and sparring partner for the team and the client
- Lead architecture and platform discussions within the DevOps environment
- Advise, influence, and steer technical decision-making
- Inform stakeholders about progress, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure predictable, timely, high-quality delivery of work
- Drive team progress, planning, and priority setting
- Coordinate with group leaders on development, performance, and team concerns
Key requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
- 7+ years of technical software development experience in various roles and environments
- Experience in Semicon, Medical, or Analytical domains in the last 2 years
- Extensive experience with DevOps technologies, especially Google Cloud Platform
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Experience with stakeholder management in complex client-facing environments
- Team player with a purpose-driven approach
- Affinity for innovation and new technologies such as AI
