Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Software Asset Management team and improve methods
- Coordinate with IT units and stakeholders to set scope and priorities
- Manage contract lifecycles, renewals, compliance, and risk
- Enhance data quality, contract systems, and financial reporting
- Drive major negotiations and support strategic sourcing initiatives
- Support due diligence and integration projects in Sweco M&A
- Develop and apply AI in procurement and contract management
- Deliver actionable reports and present to senior leadership
Key requirements
- Experienced in IT procurement, vendor and contract management
- Skilled in licensing, SaaS, cloud services, and software acquisition
- Strong negotiation, contract, and commercial expertise
- Proficient in financial analysis, TCO, forecasting, and reporting
- Process improvement and data quality enhancement experience
- Collaborative with legal, finance, security, architecture, and executive teams
- Proven leadership experience, preferably within IT or Asset Management
- Interest in responsible AI and automation within business processes
