Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet store goals
  • Collaborate with management to run daily store operations and ensure high standards
  • Provide daily coaching, clear direction, and in-the-moment feedback
  • Manage stock levels, size availability, and merchandising execution to maximize sales
  • Coordinate tasks and schedules to keep colleagues productive and focused
  • Oversee key customer areas and ensure a fast, friendly shopping experience
  • Handle customer issues professionally and escalate when needed
  • Coach and support colleagues through onboarding, development, and recognition
  • Ensure pricing, signage, markdowns, stockroom organization, and safety checks comply with standards
