Tax Manager

In this 100% remote Tax Manager role, you will lead tax compliance, planning, and reporting for the organization. You will oversee the preparation of federal, state, and local returns and drive ASC 740 tax provisions, working with a distributed team and external advisors. You’ll identify tax-saving opportunities and support business goals through M&A tax structuring and strategic analyses. You will partner with finance, treasury, legal, and operations to improve processes and controls, enabling efficient, compliant tax leadership. This is an opportunity to shape tax strategy in a remote, collaborative environment with senior leaders.
