Responsibilities

Lead and manage tax compliance engagements for corporations (C-Corp, S-Corp), partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals
Prepare and review complex federal and state income tax returns; ensure accuracy and compliance
Research and develop strategic tax planning techniques and projections
Supervise, train, and provide technical guidance to staff and interns
Build and maintain strong client relationships; respond to inquiries and IRS/state notices

Key requirements

5-7+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting
Bachelor in Accounting or Finance; Master’s in Taxation is a plus
Active CPA license preferred, or pursuing/eligible to sit for CPA exam
Proficiency in tax software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
