In this Change Management Consultant role, you help organizations navigate transformation by designing end-to-end change strategies that align with business goals. You will shape change journeys, communications, and learning enablement, ensuring stakeholders adopt new ways of working. You collaborate with Strategy, Technology, HR and Industry teams to embed change across programs and measure impact with data. This role offers the chance to work on high-impact, people-centered transformations for leading global clients. You will contribute to the Change Management community and help advance our methods and assets with real-world impact.

Responsibilities

Design and execute end-to-end Change Management strategies aligned with transformation objectives
Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses; translate insights into targeted interventions
Design and deliver human-centered change journeys with communications and learning enablement
Develop change and communication strategies that simplify complex transformations for diverse audiences
Enable leaders to role-model and drive change throughout programs
Measure readiness, adoption and effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to embed change into transformation programs
Contribute to proposals, assets, methodologies and the growth of the Change Management community

Key requirements

2–4+ years of experience in consulting or industry roles with a focus on Change Management and transformation
Experience supporting technology, organizational and/or cultural change initiatives
Solid consulting foundations: problem-solving, analytical thinking and stakeholder management
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree
High level of English (written and spoken)
Ability to work effectively in international and multicultural environments
Experience in Change Impact Analysis, Stakeholder Engagement, Change Analytics, Agile Change, Culture Transformation or Learning Enablement
Digital or technology-enabled transformation programs
Change Management or related certifications (e.g. Prosci, CCMP, Agile, Design Thinking)
