In this role you will design, implement and optimize an Okta-based IAM solution to enable secure, scalable identity management. You’ll work closely with HR, IT and business teams to translate requirements into reliable identity lifecycle processes and RBAC concepts. You’ll drive automation and integrations, tackling cross-system provisioning and access challenges at scale. This opportunity lets you shape the IAM landscape in a multinational retail environment that values collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and improve the Okta-based IAM solution
Optimize identity lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) across systems
Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve IAM flows and issues
Build and optimize automations with Okta Workflows
Design and improve Okta integrations with connected systems
Contribute to RBAC concepts and role mining activities
Support IAM-related projects of varying scope
Collaborate with HR, IT and business teams to align IAM with requirements

Key requirements

3+ years of IAM engineering experience
Hands-on Okta implementation and operation in enterprise IAM
Experience with Joiner/Mover/Leaver provisioning across systems
Experience building and maintaining flows in Okta
Knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
Understanding of SSO, RBAC and federation
Automation/scripting experience (PowerShell or similar)
Documentation of IAM processes, workflows and architecture
Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID is a strong plus
Analytical and problem-solving skills; structured, independent work style
Strong English communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders
