In this role you will support and maintain IT systems across a government environment, ensuring reliable operations and timely problem resolution. You will work with cross-functional teams to manage server, storage, network, and client devices, and coordinate security and compliance activities. The role emphasizes incident handling, capacity planning, and system optimization to sustain mission-critical infrastructure. You will collaborate with IS and security stakeholders to align changes with policy and risk requirements. Responsibilities

  • Support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems across server, storage, and network devices;包括 client/mobile devices
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution; communicate status to management and customers
  • Configure and manage UNIX, Linux and Windows operating systems; install, troubleshoot, and enhance OS and network components
  • Implement and sustain compliance with system security controls; manage patching (IAVA) and record patch status
  • Engage in change and configuration management with ISSO/ISO and Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M)
  • Ensure IT assets comply with Identity & Access Management (ICAM) policies
  • Perform system capacity analysis and optimization of resource use
  • Provide in-depth troubleshooting of IT systems and escalate as needed
  • Support system design, mission architecture and hardware; understand SOA interdependencies
  • Coordinate escalation communications and provide detailed analysis for escalated tickets

Key requirements

  • Fifteen (15) years of SA experience in programs of similar scope and complexity
  • Six (6) years of experience with Service Management (ITSM)
  • ITIL 4 certification
  • Four (4) years of experience with ServiceNow platform
  • Two (2) years' experience integrating ServiceNow with other applications
  • Security Clearance TS/SCI w/Poly; US citizenship
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
