In this role you will contribute to an in-house rehabilitation model across multiple facilities, supervising therapy services and delivering person-centered care to patients. You’ll work with a unified team under one organization to improve mobility, reduce pain, and support functional recovery. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and expand the rehabilitation team and programs to ensure efficient operations
  • Develop and implement therapy policies, procedures, and treatment protocols aligned with the facility's vision
  • Plan and deliver specialized therapy programs to improve mobility and function
  • Conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions for patients with various diagnoses
  • Document patient information and adjust treatment plans; educate patients and families about plans and home exercises
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and clinical practice guidelines
  • Participate in budgeting, strategic planning, and athletic/clinical program improvements
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and leadership to staff; manage expenses and contribute to financial/quality targets
  • Support professional development through mentorship, preceptorship, and continuing education initiatives
  • Treat individuals across all ages and integrate current research into daily practice
  • Maintain required competencies and certifications (BLS, licensure)
  • Travel to sites as needed and handle in-house therapy transitions across facilities

Key requirements

  • Current licensure as OT/PT/SLP or multi-state licensure as required
  • Two years of therapy and rehabilitation experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • May require valid driver’s license and travel up to 50% of the time
  • Education level governed by state licensure requirements
  • Ability to supervise staff and work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
