In this role you shape new partnership models to advance SITA’s growth and innovation in the air transport ecosystem. You’ll identify strategic partners, co-create joint offerings, and steer commercial arrangements that deliver measurable value. You will collaborate across product, marketing, sales, finance and legal to launch IT-enabled solutions with external collaborators. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to elevate SITA’s partner network and industry impact. A key hook is driving cross-functional collaboration to address industry challenges and create scalable, data-driven partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive mutual value and support growth and innovation
  • Cultivate strategic partners aligned with goals including diversity, sustainability, and responsible business practices
  • Lead negotiations and structure agreements to unlock long-term value
  • Propose innovative, data-driven partnership concepts and co-create IT-enabled solutions with partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, finance, and legal to ensure alignment
  • Mentor junior colleagues and foster a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Monitor, evaluate, and adjust partnership performance to optimize outcomes
  • Represent the company in external forums and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT Management, or related field
  • 7+ years in strategic partnership development or related roles
  • Experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or similar
  • Experience in the Air Transport or travel-related industry
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions
  • Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders
  • Interest in technology and Air Transport domains
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to influence across departments
  • Thought leadership and idea generation capabilities
