As Operations & Portfolio Insights Consultant, you will manage data, reporting, and insights across MassMutual's SP&D portfolio to enable executive decision-making. You will partner with Workstream Leads and Initiative Owners to operationalize portfolio governance and drive efficiency. Your work supports programs and projects that deliver strategic benefits and align with organizational goals. This role offers the chance to influence portfolio performance, governance processes, and data-driven decision-making in a collaborative, transformation-focused team. You will engage across levels and leverage analytics to shape outcomes that advance MassMutual’s strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

Provide data analysis, reporting, and visuals to support leadership decisions
Advise on operationalizing governance principles for portfolio management
Collaborate with Wave team and stakeholders to optimize processes and data management
Monitor execution risk via portfolio metrics, milestones, and forecast changes
Prepare Workstream Leads with data-driven briefs for huddles and prioritization sessions
Escalate issues and roadblocks as needed

Key requirements

Bachelor's Degree
5+ years in management reporting and analysis using Excel and PowerPoint
2+ years as a strategic analyst or in portfolio management
2+ years creating dashboards and using data visualization tools
