In this role you support MassMutual’s strategic initiatives by managing data, analysis, and governance for SP&D’s portfolio. You’ll provide insights to Workstream Leads, Initiative Owners, and senior leaders to drive informed decisions and value realization. You’ll help operationalize portfolio governance and optimize data management and reporting across programs. This position offers the chance to impact transformative initiatives with cross-functional collaboration and a data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

Provide data analysis, reporting, and visuals to support executive decision-making
Lead and socialize governance principles across the program to improve efficiency
Partner with Wave team and stakeholders to optimize user experience, processes, and data management
Monitor portfolio execution risk by reporting on financial and milestone metrics
Prepare Workstream Leads with data for huddles, meetings, and prioritization sessions
Escalate issues and roadblocks as needed

Key requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of management reporting and analysis using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
2+ years as a strategic analyst or in a portfolio management role
2+ years creating dashboards and using data visualization tools
