In this role you will support the General Manager to run a high-performing store, balancing operations, sales, and customer service. You’ll lead a team to uphold merchandising standards while driving sales objectives. Expect involvement in risk management, cash controls, and staff development in a fast-paced fashion environment. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure store efficiency and a strong customer experience, contributing to the brand’s premium positioning.

Responsibilities

Assist General Manager in daily store operations, including admin, sales, and merchandising
Act as on-site stand-in for Operations Associate Manager when needed
Drive sales objectives while maintaining high operational and merchandising standards
Lead risk management, cash controls, and security-related processes
Train staff on register usage, POS processes, and loss prevention practices
Conduct payroll-related tasks and new hire processing
Oversee inventory controls including cycle counts and audits
Coordinate store maintenance and supplies, including lighting and service channels
Develop and coach associates to improve performance and readiness
Manage monthly security logs, log changes, and armored car service

Key requirements

2-3 years retail/operations management experience
College degree or equivalent experience (plus)
Strong business acumen
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
