In this Staff Engineer role, you will serve as a technical leader shaping critical architectures and overseeing end-to-end system delivery at production scale. You’ll work across teams to tackle design challenges, optimize performance, and advance company-wide software and systems engineering standards. You’ll engage in the staff engineering community to share lessons and raise engineering rigor. Responsibilities
- Own multiple pieces of critical architecture in your area of the business
- Deliver end-to-end systems you architect, from design to production, at full scale
- Dive deep into performance and invent scalable approaches
Key requirements
- BS/MS/PhD in a scientific field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of engineering experience
- 4+ years of technical leadership experience
- Led design and delivery of industry-leading systems with broad impact
- Willingness to leverage AI tools to enhance coding and problem solving
