You will lead L2 incident governance and DevOps support for the Teamcenter PLM ecosystem, ensuring reliable performance and cost-efficient operations. In a cross‑functional, data‑driven environment, you will coordinate with DevOps, TechOps, and application owners to drive incident resolution, data fixes, and process improvements. The role blends hands‑on testing, tool governance, and stakeholder communication to stabilize platforms and enable smooth releases. This opportunity lets you shape engineering operations for a global energy software stack with ITIL and DevOps best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Own and govern L2 incident lifecycle in alignment with contracts and ITIL
  • Monitor INC KPIs (SLA, backlog, aging) and validate targets
  • Coordinate escalations with L3, DevOps, and application owners for rapid resolution
  • Drive data-fix activities across DEV/QA/PROD with proper validation
  • Manage Teamcenter test lists and support DevOps testing for releases
  • Oversee L2 task progress, ensuring timely delivery and cross-team handoffs
  • Provide hands-on test support for DevOps initiatives and UAT
  • Manage access and governance across Fieldglass, VDI, ServiceNow
  • Suggest and implement improvements in incident resolution and prevention
  • Seek opportunities to optimize support costs and licensing

Key requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • Proven L2 application support experience in a DevOps or PLM/Teamcenter environment
  • ITIL certification (Foundation or higher)
  • Experience with ServiceNow incident management and KPI tracking
  • Experience supporting enterprise engineering platforms (Teamcenter preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of Systems Administration experience
  • Knowledge of TC PLM infrastructure components and data model
