Responsibilities
- Own the technical ownership of multiple critical architectures in your area of the business
- Own end-to-end delivery of the systems you architect, ensuring production-scale delivery
- Deep-dive into system performance to invent scalable, efficient solutions
- Lead design and delivery efforts for industry-leading systems with broad impact
- Participate in the staff engineering community to elevate company-wide standards
Key requirements
- 10+ years of relevant engineering experience
- 4+ years of technical leadership experience (manager or technical lead)
- Led design and delivery of industry-leading systems with depth and/or broad organizational impact
- Willingness to leverage AI tools to enhance coding and problem solving
- BS/MS/PhD in a scientific field or equivalent experience
