Responsibilities

Provide data-driven guidance to engineering and product operations leadership and translate strategy into actionable plans.
Standardize and automate processes to ensure consistent execution across development centers.
Manage budgets, including travel, infrastructure, and headcount, and provide forecasting through variance reports.
Oversee talent management and collaborate with HR and TA on hiring processes.
Lead engineering operations rhythm, including leadership forums, off-sites, and quarterly business reviews.
Coordinate planning and reviews for OKRs, MBOs, and KPIs to align with divisional goals.
Lead Voice of Engineering programs (pulse surveys, All Hands Q&A, engagement forums) and translate feedback into action plans.
Maintain and interpret key operational datasets (talent rosters, OKR dashboards, program trackers, budget summaries) and deliver executive summaries.

Key requirements

8 to 12 years of experience in program management or operational leadership within engineering or product organizations.
Strong technical aptitude with familiarity in software development, data, testing, and product management.
Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks to drive efficiency.
Expertise in AI/GenAI technologies and their application in product and engineering environments.
Operational excellence mindset with high attention to detail and accountability.
High agency and perseverance; capable of navigating ambiguity and delivering results independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication across global and executive audiences.
Proven ability to influence cross-functionally, manage interdependencies, and resolve conflicts constructively.
Adaptable and resilient, capable of managing multiple complex programs in a fast-paced setting.
