As Staff Product Manager, you will shape the strategy for a major area of UnitedMasters' product, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features for artists and labels. You’ll drive AI-powered experiences and scalable processes, mentoring other PMs and pairing product discovery with rapid delivery. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to improve the artist journey from onboarding to earnings. This role offers a chance to influence how AI reshapes the creator economy and to lead across ambiguous, high-leverage problems.

Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap to support early-stage artists, growing artists, and independent labels
- Prototype and ship AI-driven features for artist experiences and earnings insights
- Increase team velocity through AI-enabled workflows, rapid prototyping, and reusable AI skills
- Synthesize artist feedback from research, analytics, and partner teams to refine requirements and priorities
- Stay informed on competitive/AI landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation
- Develop deep understanding of the end-to-end artist journey and ensure a delightful, reliable experience
- Drive cross-functional execution to maximize value for artists and labels
- Maintain a high quality bar across launches to delight artists and attract independent creators and labels
Key requirements
- 8+ years in product management with launch of high-impact features
- 3+ years in senior/lead level on a top-tier product team
- Track record of setting product strategy and delivering measurable outcomes
- Hands-on proficiency with AI tools for prototyping, research, and decision-making
- Artist-obsessed mindset with strong bias for action
- Experience translating needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps
- Proficiency with JIRA/Confluence for workflow management
