In this role you will manage a dedicated Workers’ Compensation caseload within our in-house litigation team, handling complex issues from pleadings to trial. You will work closely with Claims partners to deliver defense strategies that protect insureds and uphold our customer-centric mission. The position offers remote flexibility with periodic in-person proceedings and opportunities to leverage AI tools to streamline research and strategy. You’ll contribute to a collaborative, development‑focused culture and train junior colleagues, shaping outcomes across California.
