As a Staff Medical Science Liaison for Neurological Diseases, you will bridge Beckman Coulter Diagnostics with the neurology research and clinical community, driving strategic engagement, scientific insights, and education. You’ll collaborate with KOLs and healthcare professionals, identify scientific gaps, and support publications and studies. Your work enables informed decision-making and advances in neurological diagnostics within a global team. You’ll operate within a Danaher-driven continuous improvement culture and may work remotely in designated territory, impacting patient care at scale.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic engagement plans with KOLs, interventionalists, OR staff, and medical societies in Neurological Diseases
- Support clinical studies and research initiatives; maintain communication with KOLs and authors; train MSLs on research funnel opportunities
- Act as scientific authority in Neurological Diseases; deliver education and simplify complex science for internal and external collaborators
- Stay current on Neurological Disease research and trends; prepare materials for presentations and participate in conferences
- Bridge Beckman Coulter with Neurological Disease customers by maintaining product platform knowledge and aligning with business goals
- Lead or participate in voice of customer events, physician-initiated studies, and publication planning and execution
- Provide internal enablement through training for Sales and Marketing on scientific messaging
Key requirements
- 9+ years of experience with Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years with Master's, or 4+ years with Doctorate
- Minimum of 3+ years in Medical Affairs/Medical Science Liaison/Clinical Practice
- Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies, regulatory guidelines, and medical terminology
- Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel 20-25% of the time (domestic and international)
