In this role you act as the interface between layout, test and quality teams to drive timely execution of project tasks aligned with the project plan. You lead experiments, analyze results, and generate data-driven reports to support decision making. You contribute to process and device concepts that may feed into the company IP portfolio through patent submissions. You work in a collaborative, documentation-focused environment, taking ownership of work packages and mentoring sub-teams to ensure on-time delivery. You apply structured problem-solving methods and risk assessments to identify gaps and secure project success.

Responsibilities

Coordinate tasks across layout, test and quality teams to align with project plans
Define, implement and analyze experiments
Characterize technologies through testing, analyze results, and compile data-driven reports
Propose new process and device concepts with IP potential through patent submissions
Collaborate in a team-focused, documentation-driven environment to ensure quality and timely delivery
Own work packages and lead sub-teams within larger projects
Develop, maintain and monitor detailed work plans, identify gaps and mitigate risks
Apply structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, Fishbone) and perform risk assessments (FMEA)
