As a Senior Workforce Data Analyst, you will build and maintain scalable data structures and processes to unify HR and workforce data across multiple sources. You will enable accurate reporting, dashboards, and analytics by transforming disparate data into analytics-ready datasets and partnering with stakeholders to expand workforce metrics. You’ll leverage Microsoft technologies to streamline reporting and automation, while upholding data governance, security, and quality. This role sits at the intersection of HR, IT, and analytics to drive data-driven decisions and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance workforce data structures and processes for reporting and analytics
  • Transform and integrate data from HCM, payroll, workforce management, recruiting, and other sources
  • Build scalable data and automation solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint
  • Collaborate with the Senior Workforce Analyst and cross-functional partners on dashboards and metrics
  • Translate business requirements into data models, governance-ready datasets, and automated processes
  • Conduct data validation and root-cause analysis to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Support data governance, including definitions, lineage, access controls, privacy, and secure handling of sensitive data
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and automate reporting and data-management processes
  • Collaborate across HR, Payroll, IT, Finance to integrate new data sources and meet evolving analytics needs
  • Support HCM implementations, integrations, conversions, and historical data initiatives

Key requirements

  • Experience with complex datasets and developing data structures, models, or processes for reporting and analytics
  • Experience extracting, transforming, integrating, and validating data from multiple systems
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data relationships, data quality, governance, and integrity
  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools, preferably Power BI
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power Query or related Microsoft data/automation tools
  • Ability to develop scalable, repeatable data processes that improve accessibility and reliability
  • Experience with HR, payroll, workforce data is strongly preferred
  • Understanding of data security, privacy, and role-based access for HR/payroll data
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-discrepancy resolution skills
  • Ability to document data definitions, mappings, transformations, and business rules
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across HR, Payroll, IT, Finance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities amid evolving systems and reporting needs
  • Willingness to contribute to compliance with Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
