Responsibilities

  • Architect, deploy, and support enterprise endpoint management using Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft 365, and Azure/Entra ID
  • Lead endpoint modernization and migration from legacy to cloud-native management
  • Design and maintain configuration policies, security baselines, conditional access, deployment strategies, and remediation
  • Oversee Windows desktop engineering, OS deployment, patching, and lifecycle management
  • Lead Autopilot provisioning, zero-touch deployment, device enrollment, and hardware hash processes with vendors
  • Manage enterprise hardware platforms and driver/firmware update processes across multiple brands
  • Support mobile device management across iOS, Android, Windows, macOS
  • Administer Teams and Teams Rooms, meeting room tech, and related management platforms
  • Utilize Digital Employee Experience tools (Nexthink, ControlUp) to monitor and remediate endpoint health
  • Develop automation, SOPs, runbooks, and documentation using PowerShell, Graph API, Power Automate

Key requirements

  • 15+ years of IT experience
  • 7+ years in enterprise Windows Engineering
  • 5+ years of Microsoft Intune engineering
  • 5+ years of SCCM/MECM engineering and administration
  • Extensive experience with Windows Autopilot
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale environments (>10,000 endpoints)
  • Experience with Teams and Teams Rooms administration and related device management
  • Global enterprise experience preferred
  • Expert knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, SCCM/MECM, M365, Azure, and Entra ID
  • Strong skills in endpoint security, patching, vulnerability remediation, and MDM
  • Proficiency in PowerShell, Graph API, Intune APIs, Power Automate, and remediation workflows
  • Familiarity with Nexthink and ControlUp
