Experteer Overview
In this role you will serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding brands, agencies, platforms, and data providers through onboarding and optimization of LiveRamp’s ad tech solutions. You’ll design strategic implementations, ensure technical adoption, and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize platform value. You will influence product direction by translating customer feedback into actionable insights. This role blends deep technical work with consultative client engagement to scale data onboarding, identity resolution, and audience activation at scale.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and technical adoption of LiveRamp’s ad tech solutions for multiple client types
- Build and maintain consultative client relationships aligned with business objectives
- Design and execute strategic implementation plans and oversee data onboarding, identity resolution, and audience activation workflows
- Troubleshoot integration challenges and deliver scalable solutions to maximize platform value
- Track adoption metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and propose system enhancements
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, legal, privacy, and other internal teams
- Develop and maintain technical documentation (runbooks, guides, workflow maps) and deliver enablement training
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights for roadmap planning
- Provide clear, client-facing communications and updates on milestones, enhancements, and issues
- Support client engagement and industry representation through travel for meetings and events
Key requirements
- Understanding of Ad Tech ecosystem including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, CDPs, ID graphs, and data onboarding
- Experience with REST APIs, file-based integrations (e.g., SFTP), and data transformations
- Knowledge of web tracking (pixels, tags, cookies) and identity resolution in martech/ad tech stacks
- SQL, data analytics tools, or scripting for troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving for distributed systems and debugging
- Client relationship management across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to design and present solution proposals, diagrams, and workflows
- Project and account management experience with onboarding projects and deadlines
- Customer advocacy to translate feedback into product improvements
- Clear, stakeholder-facing communication across business and technical audiences
