Responsibilities

Lead multi‑stream program management across the software development lifecycle from strategy to GTM
Identify and resolve blockers and dependencies across teams
Manage cross‑team dependencies with Design, QA, and strategic partners
Align commitments across Tech, Marketing, Business Development and QA
Make plans to get teams back on track when deadlines slip and socialize them
Act as a reliable representative for your vertical alongside PM and EM
Bring structure to ambiguous workstreams through stakeholder alignment and issue resolution
Hold teams accountable to commitments and create realistic delivery timelines
Provide clear, concise program summaries to both technical and non‑technical audiences

Key requirements

3+ years as a technical program manager in a similarly sized company or industry
Experience launching user‑facing technologies with high quality
Experience managing stakeholders and cross‑organizational dependencies
Proven track record delivering product roadmaps with limited supervision
Experience using agile project management tools such as Jira
Strong technical understanding to contribute to technical discussions
Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills
Ability to influence and collaborate across technical and non‑technical groups
