As an Oracle EPM Administrator – Planning Specialist, you will optimize and govern Planning solutions in Oracle EPM Cloud across Workforce, Capital, and Financials. You will partner with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and IT to drive scalable planning, automation, and reliability in budgeting and forecasting. This role offers impact by shaping planning technology in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will own improvements that enable faster, data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

Administer Oracle EPM Cloud Planning apps across Workforce, Capital, and Financials
Manage Development, Test, and Production environments, migrations, and quarterly updates
Configure metadata, hierarchies, security, dashboards, forms, business rules, and calculation scripts
Build and maintain integrations using Data Integration, REST APIs, EPM Integration Agent, and flat files
Monitor performance, integrations, scheduled jobs, and application availability
Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and IT to deliver scalable planning solutions
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and enhance user experience through automation
Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, governance, documentation, testing, and end-user training across the enterprise

Key requirements

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
7+ years of experience administering Oracle EPM or Hyperion Planning
Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Planning and related modules
Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and FP&A processes
Experience integrating Oracle EPM with ERP and data warehouse platforms
Knowledge of REST APIs, EPM Automate, SQL, Groovy scripting, or ETL tools
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail with focus on continuous improvement
ability to translate technical insights into business value
