Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex supply chain projects and systems integrations
Coordinate across Supply Chain, Field Operations, Procurement, Sales, Finance, Technology, and external vendors to align scope and timelines
Drive project governance, milestone tracking, risk management, and executive status updates across multiple workstreams
Translate business requirements into scalable processes, implementation plans, and supporting tools
Support infrastructure, field-facing initiatives including network changes, equipment deployment, or process standardization
Lead cross-functional planning forums to surface dependencies and maintain alignment
Oversee vendor and procurement activities tied to supply chain initiatives, including contract coordination and readiness
Use dashboards and data to measure progress, identify gaps, and support decisions
Provide leadership to project managers to build structure, accountability, and execution discipline
Coordinate contingency plans and communications for peak and critical planning cycles

Key requirements

Bachelor/advanced degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields
10+ years of progressively responsible experience in supply chain, operations, project management, or infrastructure-related roles
Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leadership
Proficiency with project management tools, dashboards, and enterprise systems
Experience supporting technical, engineering, or infrastructure projects
Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and relationship-building across functions
Ability to influence decisions and operate in dynamic, high-visibility settings
Experience presenting recommendations and business cases to executives
Experience with financial analysis, budget oversight, and business case development
Preferred: MBA or professional certifications (PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, CPIM, CSCP)
Experience with large-scale distribution, fulfillment, or field operations
Familiarity with procurement operations and vendor management
