Senior Specialist / Project Manager

Experteer Overview

In this senior IC role, you translate data into actionable insights to optimize Dynatrace’s Web experience and Digital Marketing investments. You will partner with Web and Digital marketing teams to align analytics with business goals and drive data-informed decisions. You will build and maintain dashboards, surface opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and ROAS, and support experimentation and measurement across channels. This role offers impact at scale in a fast-moving, data-driven marketing organization. You will help shape the measurement strategy and connect data from multiple platforms to enable end-to-end reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Own the digital measurement strategy and frameworks for Web experience and Digital Marketing
  • Collaborate with Web and Digital marketing teams to translate business objectives into analytics solutions
  • Build and maintain Looker Studio and PowerBI dashboards to automate web and paid media KPI reporting
  • Drive actionable insights to improve digital campaign effectiveness, efficiency, and ROAS
  • Identify web traffic and conversion trends to inform UX, content, and CRO
  • Support A/B testing with hypothesis development and results analysis
  • Partner with data architecture/engineering to integrate data from multiple platforms for comprehensive reporting
  • Implement and maintain web analytics tagging and ensure data accuracy through QA
  • Evaluate digital marketing trends and analytics best practices to enhance reporting and insights

Key requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, funnel metrics, and measurement frameworks
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics (preferred) or Adobe Analytics
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio or similar
  • Strong ability to communicate insights clearly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Collaborative, cross-functional stakeholder engagement
