In this role you will lead delivery of data initiatives for the Supply Chain unit, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams. You will guide complex data pipelines and analytics solutions using a modern stack (Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, GitHub) and ensure alignment with architectural standards and business needs. You’ll manage scope, risk, and timelines while removing blockers and delivering valuable data products. This position combines technical oversight with delivery leadership to drive data-driven outcomes for supply chain processes.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and remove blockers for the data engineering team
- Perform PR and code reviews and ensure quality and standards
- Oversee pipeline delivery and ensure alignment with technical specs
- Collaborate with Data Architect and Platform teams on architectural adherence
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Allocate resources and oversee Data Engineering Consultants
- Enforce data engineering standards, governance, and compliance
Key requirements
- 8+ years hands-on data engineering with Snowflake, dbt, SQL, Airflow, Python, GitHub, Sigma, Domo
- 3+ years leading delivery for Supply Chain operational analytics
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and KPIs (forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory turns, lead times)
- Experience integrating data from ERP and supply chain systems
- Proficiency in Data Modeling, Data Warehousing, and Pipeline building
- Proven project and program management experience across cross-functional teams
