Responsibilities

Own SLAs and KPIs across production and non-production environments
Drive ITIL governance for incident, problem, change, and release management
Manage critical escalations and perform root-cause analysis
Govern business continuity testing and disaster recovery for functional systems
Collaborate with service excellence and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvements
Provide leadership on strategic SAP initiatives and optimization of core capabilities
Translate business needs into optimized SAP configurations and system improvements
Oversee change control, testing (integration and UAT), and standard SAP feature adoption
Manage offshore vendors and third-party AMS partners
Monitor project risks, establish governance for standard solution deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and prioritize SAP initiatives
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects and migrations
Ensure alignment of SAP processes across R2R, L2C, S2P, H2R

Key requirements

15+ years of experience in global, services-oriented environments with leadership in applications management
Expertise in SAP systems both on-premises and cloud (public/private) with customizations and integrations
Experience with end-to-end SAP processes (R2R, L2C, S2P, H2R)
Strong leadership, team-building, and ability to motivate global teams
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinking with ability to align SAP with business objectives
Understanding of enterprise architecture, IT governance and business process optimization
Knowledge of SAP innovations and regulatory requirements
Ability to travel ~35% domestically and internationally
