In this role you drive capital and operating expenditure planning within PVH’s EMEA FP&A team, shaping long-range investments and annual budgets to fuel growth and efficiency. You will own end-to-end Capex/Opex governance, partner cross-functionally, and deliver insightful financial models that guide strategic decisions. The position combines leadership with hands-on analysis to optimise resources and performance across the region.

Responsibilities

Lead long-range investment and cost planning, feeding Capex/Opex insights into budgeting and forecast cycles
Manage end-to-end Capex process, ensuring strategic alignment, budgeting, and lifecycle monitoring
Oversee Opex planning and variance analysis to support cost efficiency and accurate forecasting
Develop business cases and financial models, including risk assessments, for investment proposals
Conduct post-investment reviews to compare outcomes with original business cases
Own Capex and major Opex governance, enforcing policies and internal controls
Streamline financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy across functions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategy with business goals
Utilise data-driven insights and models to support strategic initiatives and revenue growth
Provide leadership, mentorship, and development for the FP&A team

Key requirements

10+ years in strategic financial planning and analysis, preferably in global fashion or consumer goods
Deep Capex/Opex governance, investment analysis, and financial modelling expertise
Strong commercial acumen translating business goals into operational actions
Analytical ability to interpret complex financial data and identify actionable insights
Proven cross-functional collaboration across departments
Adaptability to new processes and ways of working
5+ years of leadership, mentoring and team development experience
Fluency in English
Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics preferred
