In this role you lead quality assurance and operational excellence across Stratasys’ manufacturing and technology platforms, driving product quality and compliance. You’ll partner with operations and engineering to embed robust process controls and defect prevention. You manage supplier quality programs, CAPA, and audits to ensure end-use product readiness. Your leadership accelerates continuous improvement, reduces waste, and strengthens cross-functional collaboration. You will shape a data-driven quality culture that supports fast, reliable product delivery.

Responsibilities
- Oversee quality operations for manufacturing lines, supplier quality, and field performance
- Lead supplier quality programs including audits, qualification, and monitoring of incoming materials
- Manage nonconformance investigations and CAPA implementation
- Ensure compliance with QMS certifications and document control through internal and external audits
- Support field quality issues and customer complaints with cross-functional resolution
- Align quality objectives with KPIs like throughput, OEE, and cost of quality
- Lead lean, six-sigma and kaizen initiatives to reduce defects and improve process capability
- Mentor and develop a cross-site quality team
- Embed quality in NPI and process changes with R&D and operations
- Facilitate problem-solving using 8D, FMEA, 5 Whys, and Fishbone diagrams
- Promote data-driven decision-making through quality metrics
- Develop and manage department budget
- Represent Quality in leadership and strategic planning
- Drive optimization of production processes to reduce variability
- Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and sign-off for technology products
Key requirements
- Four year degree in engineering, manufacturing engineering, quality or related field
- 10+ years of experience in quality operations with manufacturing leadership
- Experience with PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, MSA, Control Plans, SPC
- Proficient knowledge of Quality Management Control Systems and analytics
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical, communication and project management skills
