In this role you will generate standard and customized global Medical Information content to support unsolicited inquiries from HCPs and non-HCPs, training teams, monitoring product trends, and driving MI process improvements. You will act as the MI subject matter expert for assigned products, ensuring content aligns with regional needs and global standards. You will support congress activities, SOPs, and cross-functional initiatives while maintaining audit readiness and high-quality responses. This role offers the opportunity to influence content strategy, improve medical information processes, and contribute to a patient-focused biopharma mission.

Responsibilities
- Serve as Medical Information subject matter expert for assigned therapeutic areas/products
- Develop, maintain, and deliver global MI content aligned with regional needs and global standards
- Research and analyze scientific information to answer escalated MI inquiries
- Guide appropriate use of evidence by reviewing external compendia and guidelines
- Support scientific conventions/congresses through booth assets, meeting preparation, staffing, and post-congress metrics
- Provide MI perspective on SOPs, implementation guidelines, and work instructions
- Conduct on-going training for call center agents on MI content
- Monitor enquiry trends and metrics; communicate product trends to the wider business
- Support handling of complex inquiries escalated by call center and field personnel
- Monitor quality/accuracy of call center responses; implement corrective actions for compliance with regulations and SOPs
Key requirements
- PharmD/PhD/MD/Doctorate of Nursing and at least 7 years of relevant experience
- advanced skills in critically evaluating literature
- advanced skills in writing/summarizing clinical and scientific data
- strong oral and written communication skills
- strong analytical abilities
- ability to prioritize, take initiative, and work independently
- excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
- proficiency with MS Office and MI systems for information requests and content management
- experience with medical literature and drug information databases
- willingness to travel 15-20%
